Application privacy & withdrawal

Genesis Public does not store application answers. Applications are sent explicitly by the applicant to the private SNE Labs Gmail account.

Use this address for application submission, correction, withdrawal, deletion or privacy questions. It is not a vulnerability-reporting channel.

Storage path

You complete the application locally in your browser.
The browser prepares an email; Genesis Public does not POST your answers.
You review and explicitly send the message from your email client.
The message is stored privately in the authenticated SNE Labs Gmail account.

Google/Gmail is the email and storage processor used by this intake architecture. Raw applications are not public GitHub artifacts.

Data minimization

The intake asks only for basic contact/context, selected Research Problems, evidence of investigative capacity and voluntary-participation acknowledgements. Do not submit government IDs, exact address, date of birth, financial/health/sensitive profile data, credentials, confidential material, private Genesis information, vulnerability reports or exploit details.

Retention

Active: While the application is under review.
Not selected: Raw application deleted or de-identified within 90 days after final decision.
Withdrawn: Removed from active review within 30 days; operational trash/deletion queues may persist up to an additional 30 days.
Selected: Raw application deleted within 90 days after onboarding unless a documented reason requires otherwise.
Future cohort opt-in: Reduced contact profile may be retained for up to 12 months.

Relationship boundary

Application data is processed only for voluntary, unpaid Genesis RCP participation. Application or selection creates no employment, contractor status, compensation, minimum hours, exclusivity, private Core access or maintainer authority.
