Join Genesis
The Genesis Research & Contributor Program organizes voluntary public research around real frontier problems while preserving SNE Labs maintainer authority and the private Genesis Core boundary.
How participation works
- Choose one of the selected Genesis Research Problems.
- Apply for voluntary, unpaid public research participation.
- If selected, investigate independently and produce isolable, reviewable evidence.
- SNE Labs may accept, reject, supersede or preserve results as research provenance. Private production incorporation is a separate event.

- Application/public research requires no CLA. Private production incorporation is a separate rights event.
- Security reporting
- The application route is not a vulnerability-reporting route.
- Authority law
- Contribution ≠ admission ≠ authority.
General Applications are open. Participation is best-effort and may be ended by either side at any time. Submission does not guarantee review, selection, assignment, future opportunity or private Genesis access.
